Team building lessons from the DiSC world
How Spire Coaching’s Chris Collett helped Team Concretene better understand their own and others’ working practices and preferencesYesterday we enjoyed an illuminating staff training session in the GEIC with Chris Collett from Spire Coaching and Training, working through our individual DiSC workplace profiles.
As our team at Concretene grows quickly - there are now 19 of us - the team-building exercises and discussion sessions were especially valuable for enabling connections and understanding between staff in our different disciplines: formulation chemistry, materials testing and executive.
Thanks to Chris for his leadership through the afternoon - lots to reflect upon both individually and collectively towards better teamwork and outcomes.
